The Be485-232 is a cost effective, industrial grade, RS485-RS232 converter for the Bexx controllers. It features an automatic RS485 driver enable/disable (auto-turnaround) to facilitate multi-drop functionality. The Be485-232 supports baud rates and MODBUS protocol for Be42, BeOne, Be2k and so on. It is protected against both thermal and current overload, with built-in immunity to +/-10kV ESD and short circuits. The unit  requires an external DC power in the range 8-36Vdc.
You can connect the module to an USB port using a low cost USB-RS232 converter.

The kit contains the following items:
- C232-485 electronic module for rail mount
- Cable 1 fitted with DB9 poles connector
- Cable 2 fitted with 4 poles connector
- 1 connector for power supply (2 poles, FEMALE)
- 1 connector for RS485 (4 poles, FEMALE)
